These terms govern your use of ipredictsport.com, its JSON feeds, API, MCP endpoints and widgets (together, "the Service"), operated by iPredictSport ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is for adults. You must be at least 18, and at least 21 wherever the law sets that age for sports wagering, to act on anything you read here. You are responsible for knowing whether prediction markets, sweepstakes or sports betting are legal where you live.

2. What the Service is, and is not

We publish statistical estimates for information and entertainment. We are not a sportsbook, exchange, broker, investment adviser or commodity trading advisor. We do not take bets, hold funds or place trades for you. Nothing on the Service is financial, investment or betting advice. See the Disclaimer.

3. Your decisions are yours

Any trade or wager you make is your own decision, at your own risk. You can lose all of the money you stake. Past or simulated performance does not predict future results.

4. Use of our content and data

You may view the site and use our public feeds, API and MCP endpoints for personal and non-commercial purposes, and link to or quote our pages with attribution. You may not, without written permission: resell or redistribute our predictions or data as a product; scrape the site at a rate that burdens it (use the feeds instead); remove attribution from widgets; or use the Service to break any law or any third party's terms. We may rate-limit or block access that abuses the Service. For commercial licensing, contact us.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its design, text, models and outputs are ours or our licensors'. Market prices, team and player names and trademarks belong to their owners; we use them only to identify what we are describing and do not claim endorsement.

6. Third-party sites

We link to exchanges, sportsbooks, sweepstakes apps and other sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies govern your use of them. Some links are affiliate links; see the Affiliate & Advertising Disclosure.

7. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Data can be late, incomplete or wrong, and prices move after we publish. We make no warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for any purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for any trading or betting losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or your breach of these terms.

10. Changes and termination

We may change the Service or these terms at any time; the date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the operator's state of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
