Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026. This page explains what iPredictSport (ipredictsport.com) collects, why, and who else sees it. Short version: we do not sell personal data, we do not run accounts, and most of what we know about you is the country and state your request came from.
What we collect
- Contact form. If you write to us, the name, email address and message you enter are delivered to us by Formspree. We use them only to reply (or, if you asked, to send the newsletter), and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
- Approximate location. Our host, Cloudflare, tells the page which country and US state a request comes from. We use that only to show offers that are legal where you are (for example, sweepstakes and exchange eligibility). We do not store it on our servers; your browser caches it locally.
- Aggregate traffic statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you.
- Server logs. Like any website, our host processes IP addresses and request details to deliver pages and stop abuse.
Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies of our own. The site stores a few small values in your browser's local storage: your cached region, your board sort order, and whether you dismissed an offer banner. They never leave your device. Clearing your site data removes them. An open chat with Greta is kept in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
Ask Greta (the chat)
Greta is an AI chat host. When you send her a message, the conversation is processed by AI providers so she can answer: Meta writes her replies (on a tier where Meta may use the messages to improve its models), and Cloudflare Workers AI and TypeSafe read each message to sort it (for example, to spot someone who needs gambling-help resources). We keep a log of each chat turn: your message, Greta's reply, the page you were on and your approximate country, but not your IP address. We use it to improve Greta and to check she behaves. Your IP address is used briefly to rate-limit messages and is not stored. Please do not share personal information with Greta. To have a conversation deleted, contact us with the date and roughly what you wrote.
Advertising
We do not currently run ads. Our pages load Google's AdSense script in preparation for advertising, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads, but no ads are served. If we turn ads on, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and we will update this page first. You can manage personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info.
Affiliate links
Some links to partners (such as Kalshi, Polymarket and Fliff) carry a referral code so the partner can credit us if you sign up. Once you click through, that partner's own privacy policy applies. We receive sign-up counts from partners, not your personal details.
API, feeds and MCP
Our public JSON feeds and MCP endpoints need no account. Requests are logged by our host as above; we do not ask for or store personal information to serve them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. The site is intended for adults.
- We do not take payments or hold funds.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for advertising. To make a request, contact us; we will answer within 30 days. For ad personalisation, the Google opt-out above is the fastest route.
Changes
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
Regulatory Disclosures, Safe-Harbor & Terms of Use
1. Analytical & Research Use Only: iPredictSport is a quantitative research platform publishing statistical estimates for educational, informational, and analytical purposes only. iPredictSport is not an investment adviser, commodity trading advisor (CTA), registered broker-dealer, or sports wagering operator. Nothing contained on this site, in our API, or in our newsletters constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or sports betting advice.
2. Hypothetical & Simulated Performance (CFTC Rule 4.41): Performance figures for our autonomous paper agent and proposed bet track records are simulated, hypothetical, and based on paper audits. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading, may not reflect market liquidity, exchange slippage, or trading bans, and cannot account for psychological risk factors. No representation is made that any user will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
3. Market Risk & Capital Loss: Trading binary contracts on prediction markets (such as Kalshi or Polymarket) or placing sports wagers involves substantial financial risk, including the possible loss of 100% of staked capital. Odds and spreads fluctuate continuously. Users assume sole responsibility for their own trading decisions and bankroll sizing.
4. Responsible Gaming & Age Requirements: Fliff sweepstakes is available to legal residents aged 18+ in eligible states. Financial prediction exchanges (including Kalshi) require 18+, and commercial sportsbooks require 21+, subject to jurisdiction. 5. Affiliate & Compensation Disclosure: iPredictSport may receive affiliate commissions, referral fees, or cost-per-acquisition (CPA) compensation from links to partners (including Fliff, Kalshi, and Polymarket) at no additional cost to you. For Fliff, attribution requires entry of promo code IPREDICT or IPSLIVE in the mobile app. Fliff is a sweepstakes sports product for adults 18+ and is void where prohibited by law (18 excluded states). This commercial compensation does not alter our objective quantitative probabilities, model outputs, or editorial gates.
